Policies

  • Deposits are non-refundable so please make sure you want your tattoo before booking!

  • Once you receive a confirmation email, you will have a week to send a 100$ deposit or your appointment will be cancelled and your design, should it be a flash, put up for grabs.

  • You must be 18+ to book with me and I will not book you even with parental consent if you’re not of age.

  • If the appointment is for a custom piece, I will email you sketches to confirm that I am going in the right direction and following what you were looking for. If you want any changes made I am more than happy to accommodate but PLEASE DO NOT make last-minute changes before your appointment. I need ample time to design your tattoo and make it as good as possible. I don’t want to give you something rushed, and I’m sure you don’t want that either.

  • If your piece is scheduled over several appointments or if you have several appointments booked, your deposit will come off of your last sitting.

  • If you need to reschedule your appointment, that’s okay! Things happen, and emergencies are inevitable but if you can please let me know at least 48h in advance. Your deposit will be void if you: reschedule with less than 48h notice, fail to show up to your appointment, or are more than 20 minutes late for your appointment without having notified me, or are under the influence of alcohol.

  • If you are sick, have been exposed to someone with COVID-19, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or your skin is damaged PLEASE RESCHEDULE. If you show up with any of these then your deposit will be forfeit and you’ll have to leave a new one to reschedule.

  • Out of respect for myself and my health, I ask that you inform me if you have any illnesses or diseases transmissible by blood such as Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C, or human immunodeficiency virus (HIV).

  • For your safety and well-being, and for things to flow smoothly, I ask that you please notify me of any conditions or medications that may affect the tattooing process (blood thinners, low blood sugar, scarring, Ehlers–Danlos syndrome (EDS), diabetes), history of fainting, etc). All information disclosed stays between us and is kept confidential.

  • If, before the appointment, you fail to disclose any pertinent information regarding your health that would affect the quality of the tattoo or the tattooing process, and that later arises during your tattoo appointment, I reserve the right to end the appointment and charge you the full agreed-upon amount quoted.

  • You can reschedule twice with your current deposit. If you need to reschedule again, I’ll have to ask you to leave another deposit to do so. If it’s a flash piece you’re looking to get, unfortunately, I’ll have to put it back up for grabs - I tend to not make any repeatable flash so that everyone can have unique pieces.

  • Please eat a good meal, drink water, and get a good night’s rest before your appointment - I will have vegan candy if you need sugar or feel faint during your appointment, but a good meal is the most important thing!

  • Try to avoid alcohol or getting drunk at least 24 hours before your appointment.

  • The shop is located at 4181 rue Saint-Dominique. If you need the address or have lost it in the hellscape that is your inbox, don’t hesitate to write to me for it! I will also be sending you a Google Calendar invite once your appointment is confirmed and your deposit is made!

  • If you fail to comply with any aftercare instructions given, I am not responsible for any medical issues that may arise, including but not limited to contact dermatitis, staph infections, or skin reactions to an MRI. If you notice any medical issues during the healing process, you must seek medical attention on your own.

I am happy to answer any questions, but I am not a doctor, and I legally cannot give you medical advice.

By submitting your deposit and committing to your tattoo, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions above. Failure to read and understand any of my policies does not release you from any policy stated above.
